The children should be reading to an adult at least 4 times a week and practicing their spellings and times tables.

Spelling homework is handed out on a Monday and spellings should be returned the following Monday which is the day the children have their spelling test. The children are encouraged to learn specific times tables during the week, the times table test is also on a Monday morning.
Children are expected to read to an adult at least four times a week.
